This, the third edition of the Collector Times Online, has been delayed by all the troubles our Internet Service Provider has been having.

They're getting out of the business, and sold our account to another company who's had trouble getting their act together (and our account on-line).

We are sorry for this inconvenience. We hope to remedy the situation soon. We're going to be applying for a domain name. Once we get it, you'll be able to visit us at http://www.CollectorTimes.com . What this will mean to you is that, if we have troubles like this again, we can put the web site on-line with another ISP and you will still find it at the same location.

We've got some new authors this issue, and Joe Singleton honored my request that he do a "space babe" for my book review column. He also provided an excellent illustration for Ian Johnston's "The Final Word.".

"Judgment Calls" by Patrick Dunning debuts with this issue, along with a movie review by Andrea Spencer. We hope that Ms. Spencer will become a regular here at CTO with her own column.

Sheryl's correspondents covering the E3 gaming con in Atlanta have checked in. Their work will be on-line soon. Your humble editor and family plan on covering ComicCon International in San Diego.

Daniel Fu's "Utter Confusion" continues for now. Dan's pursuing a book deal in the UK. If he gets it, we'll have to stop including his comic strip here. In the meantime, enjoy his quirky humor. Its great!

A heartfelt thanks to all of you who visited us before and are now back for more. A big, warm Texas "howdy" to all that are visiting us for the first time. It isn't always so confusing, sometimes its even worse.

In case you missed the first two issues, you can read them in our Archives. If you want to send us letters of comment, criticism, or just a plain hello, feel free. We print all letters received, as long as they aren’t waaaaay over the edge of good taste.
