Bedrock City is the epitome of the word collectibles store. They have everything from comics to Hot Wheels and not to mention friendly staff, who cheerfully great you as you enter the door. The amount of merchandise in the store is truly awe inspiring.

In terms of comic books they have almost anything you could possibly want. Their selection includes all the regular big name comics along, with small press/indie stuff, Fantagraphics, and all varieties of Archie and Disney books. Bedrock’s trade paperback assortment is phenomenal also. They have Archives, the Marvel Essential books, many other superhero titles, and such things as Sandman, Maus, Tale of One Bad Rat, Tankgirl, and Red Rocket. Their smaller press stuff includes things like Squee, Skeleton Key, White Out, and Stray Bullets. Not only do they have new comics they have a wide variety of decently priced Silver Age comics.

One very impressive thing about Bedrock is their splendid array of videos. The not only have a wide selection of anime videos, but also things like JLA Unsold Pilot, Godzilla videos, martial arts videos, and Simpsons videos. Probably what surprised me the most was the fact that they have Chasing Amy and Spawn also available. Another impressive collection at Bedrock is their collection of comic sculptors. I saw cool sculptors I’d never seen before there. It was truly a striking display.

I’ll admit I don’t know much about Hot Wheels, but I do know their selection of Hot Wheels was superb. They have older Hot Wheels, newer Hot Wheels and funky looking Hot Wheels. Their action figure selection was vast too. They had everything from Spawn to Puppet Masters to Spiderman. For the Star Wars fans they have a extensive variety of Star Wars action figures, mugs, etc. For South Park fans there is a variance of T-shirts, wind ups, and plush toys available. For all of you card collectors, I’m sure you could find something you were interested in at Bedrock. They have comics cards, sports cards, Magic cards, protectors for these cards, and much, much more.

As you can see Bedrock City is a virtual cornucopia of collectibles. Their selection will make you stand in awe and their staff make you feel perfectly welcome. Whatever you’re looking for there is a good bet you could find it at Bedrock City Comics.
