This three pack consists of a modified a transport jet , SR-71, and F-117. All three of these share the same gimmick: they transform into guns for the larger TF's as well as into robots.
Terradive is the SR-71 type plane. He is well colored with the bulk of his body being black, mixed with silver and blue trim. In plane mode his feet form the rear landing gear and there is a fold down front gear. To form his gun-mode his sides fold up - splitting the forward body into three prongs. He may then be attached to a larger bot via powerlinx pegs. To transform into bot mode return him to jet mode, then fold the cockpit and sections backwards as in half. The sides of the cockpit section - which previously made up the side prongs of the gun mode - fold up separately from the center cockpit. The legs may then be folded down and the engine nacelles become the arms. He has knees making his legs fairly poseable, but he lacks elbows. My only criticism of this piece is that the cockpit sides (prongs) have a tendency to pop off when transforming to bot mode.
Gunbarrel is the transport jet with 4 engines mounted on his wings and a split vertical tail. He is primarily gray with metallic reddish/orange wings. There's nothing else particularly fancy about his jet mode, other than the ugly hump of a hinge just behind the cockpit. To form his gun mode, flip the cockpit section back - revealing another pair of jet intakes matching the ones on the wings -- and the wings upward. This gives the effect of 6 relatively large barrels. Like Terradive he may then be attached to a larger TF via his powerlinx port. To form the bot mode just release the tail boom from it's catches, releasing the legs, and rotate the bottom/chest plate 180 degrees to reveal the head. His arms are attached to the underside of the wings and may be swiveled for posing, He has knees, but is fairly unbalanced with the cockpit and the wings on his back. That lack of poseability is his major downside, along with the fact that his legs don't stay locked together to form the tail very well.
Thunderwing is the modified F-117. He is primarily gray (like Gunbarrel) but with gold trim instead. To form his gun-mode his rear tail/shoulder assembly flips up to a bit of an angle allowing the wingtips to fold backwards and make a point facing rearward. Again, like his two brothers he must be attached via powerlinx points. Starting from plane mode, to form the robot mode, his legs are flipped down then his tail/shoulder assembly is folded down revealing his head. Unlike his brothers Thunderwing has elbows, but he lacks real knees. He would be great overall if only his wingtips would stay tight and not slip around in jet mode.
Overall I have to give the set a 7 out of 10. They lack some important poseablility and overall I would have really enjoyed it if at least one of them had a peg so they could be a hand held gun.
