First up this month is the news that Hasbro is
opening an on-line toyshop
to sell new 3.75 inch GI Joes to toy crazy fans.
The web site at
http://www.HasbroToyShop.com should be up right now,
so you can order to your heart's content. "What do they sell?"
you may want to ask me. Well, I'll tell ya. They sell single
carded figures, three packs with comics and even
six packs of figures as well as the occasional
vehicle.
The Transformers Cyberton line should be out in
August and have all new
characters. They will include Vector Prime,
Ransack, Crumple Zone, Overhaul, and Scattershot.
DC Direct has a new line called Secret Files
Unmasked that is coming out in
January 2006. The line features figures with
changeable heads that include characters from DC
mythos. Look for Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Red
Hood/Joker, Barbara Gordon and J'onn J'onnz.
Last up for this month is Toy Biz's Lord of the
Rings line. Due out in the
fall is a group of figures based on all three of
the movies. Look for Eowyn, Grey Havens Gandolf,
Council of Elrond Aragorn, Frodo and the more than
likely short packed Mordor Orc.
