Origin:	Kendall Colm was one of many of the failed attempts to breed the unpowered family members of various exohumans in an attempt to create a super powered defense unit. She grew up on the grounds of Defense Advanced Research and Planning Agency's Magellan Project. It became clear in her late teens that she possessed no super powers, so she left the grounds. She returned to the grounds years later once she obtained her PHD in psychiatrist from Johns Hopkins. Having lived with super humans all her life she found she had a much easier time with them as patients as she did normal people. One of her early patients were the Weinstein children. While it was not clear if the younger two children, Andrew and Angelica, had any abilities, the project insisted on observing them. When Andrew's powers did trigger, causing him to be somewhat overwhelmed with information almost over night, it was Kendall who helped him adjust. When Andrew formed The League of Explorers he pulled a lot of the Magellan's top people with him. After hearing from super human patients about they felt about giving up the secret identity side of the super hero lifestyle, she finally opened up to her own secrets. She moved to New England so she and her partner Elena could obtain a marriage license though she still consulting jobs for The Explorers as needed. As laws improved in District of Columbia improved, she moved back to the area.
