It is our policy to make the Collector Times Online available to the widest possible audience. In keeping with that policy, I have endeavored to keep the code as simple as possible. I have deliberately omitted many features which are Microsoft- or Netscape-specific. Your browser does have to recognize tables and forms, but most of the code is standard HTML. If you are accessing this magazine from overseas, and your browser has trouble with any of the pages, please drop me a line at Webmaster@CollectorTimes.com. Tell me what browser you are using, what pages are giving you trouble, and what the problem is. I will try to accomodate your browser, too.

All of the pages in the Collector Times Online have been tested using the latest Netscape, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Mozilla versions. Some pages may look better in one particular browser. All pages should have an accepteble appearance in all of them.
