Patrick has a cynical and sarcastic outlook on life. He likes to poke fun at situations, at life in general, and mostly at the irony of things. Some consider him a jerk for his blunt honesty and flat humor. His personality, you either love or hate. Though sometimes stoic on the surface, he's really deep, caring, and often troubled. He tries to be a realist though, and sometimes falls to pessimism. All in all, he tries to be true to himself.
