Galaxy Comic and Cards is truly an exceptional collectibles store. They have a wide variety of merchandise that I have never seen before, including an unprecedented amount of awesome sculptures and celebrity signatures. They also have a fabulous staff, who are eager to help and game tables available for use during store hours. There are also weekly Star Wars tournaments.

Galaxy has an outstanding montage of sport collectibles. They have everything from sports cards to autographed baseball cards, to sports plates. Aside from sport collectibles, Galaxy has all the newly released comics. Not to mention in the island there are whole boxes filled with back issues. There are also trade paperbacks of Excalibur, Star Wars, Star Trek, Archives, The Flash, Green Lantern, JLA, etc. Hanging on the wall there are some excellent Silver Age Comics.

As I mentioned earlier Galaxy is THE comic shop for statues and autographed pictures. The most impressive statues available at Galaxy are a bust of Boba Feta, full figure of Darth Vader, full figure Chewbacca, full figure of Mister Freeze, etc. Every statue they have is impressive; I’m just enumerating the ones that I could recognize right off. Their array of celebrity autographed pictured is awe inspiring. They had autographs from Pamela Anderson Lee, Eddie Murphy, Tom Cruise, Kathy Ireland, Jean Claude Van Dam, Val Kilmer as Batman, Jim Carrey as The Mask, Emilio Estavez, Cindy Crawford, Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher from the television show Superman and Courtney Cox, and many many more. It is truly striking to stand there and look at all these signatures. There was even a blending of statue and celebrity signature. They have a furry Chewbacca head and on the base they have the signature of the guy who played Chewbacca.

For gaming fans they have multiple set of Magic, Star Wars, and Star Trek games. I wasn’t aware that there was a Star Wars game, but Galaxy is the definite authority in the city on Star Wars the game. Aside from having gaming cards Galaxy also has Star Trek collecitble cards of all varieties: The Next Generation, First Contact, Deep Space Nine, etc. Galaxy also has action figures of things like Han Solo on a Tautan, Batman, Superman, X-men, X-files, Puppet Masters, Spawn, etc. They also have an impressive array of older Star Wars collectible action figures like: a model of the Millennium Falcon, AT-AT walker, and older figures of the characters.

As you can see Galaxy Comics and Cards are a supreme collectibles store with comics, statues, autographs, Star Wars and Magic cards. The sheer quality of merchandise and assistance that you will find at Galaxy will blow you away.
