Now that we are well into Star Wars mania, I have taken it upon myself to make a quiz that tells you how much of a Star Wars fan you really are. So without further haste I give you my:

This quiz is in no way scientifically accurate, and your answers may vary each time. There are no right or wrong answers, just the ones I give you to choose from. If you do not like those that I give, tough. If you think one answer fits you more than another, then go with the one that fits you more. Now grab a pencil and a piece of scrap paper and_ GO!

Did you stand outside your local Toys R Us at midnight on May 3, 1999 to be one of the first people to get the new toys?

A. No, I'll wait until after the movie comes out to get the ones that I want.
B. No, I waited until the morning/afternoon to get mine.
C. Yes, I did.

Did you start waiting in line to get tickets before May 1st?

A. Nope, what do you take me for an ULTRA-FAN?
B. Nope, but I did after May 1st.
C. Yes, I used my off time from work that I have saved over the years.

How many times did you see it the first day?

A. The first day, I don't expect to get there until the week after. (or later)
B. Just once.

Did you leave yourself out of the information loop for information related to the movie?

A. Yes, I do not want to be spoiled until I see the movie.
B. I just read about the cast and that is all.
C. I tried but was just too weak, and I caved.

Question # 5:

Did you go to the movies just in the hopes of seeing one (or both) of the trailers?

A. Nope, I did not even see them when they came on TV.
B. Nope, but I saw them on TV when they showed them.
C. Yes, but only one of them.
D. Yes, I saw them both and I saw some stinky movies in the process while dressed as my favorite character.

Question 6:

Did you purchase tickets for the 12:01am first showing of The Phantom Menace?

A. No
B. No, but I did for later in the day.
C. Yes.
D. Yes, dressed as my favorite character.

Question #7:

Do you (or have you) attend(ed) a Star Wars movie screening dressed as your favorite character?

A. No.
B. No, but I carried a toy of my favorite character in with me.
C. No, but I carried in a lightsaber role-playing toy in with me.
D. Yes.

Question #8:

Did you buy the toys to pay for your child's college tuition?

A. No.
B. No, but I'm keeping a few closed because I liked the character(s) in the movie.
C. Yes, but I'm going to use them for my own tuition instead.
D. Yes.

Here's how things add up:

If you answered mostly A's or B's then you are a Fan. You like the movies and can say a few quotes, but you have a life.

If you answered mostly C's then you are a Maxi-Fan. You like Star Wars a bit too much, but there's help for you. You have some of a life.

If you answered mostly D's then you are a Fan Too Much. Your life revolves around SW and you watch the movies at least once a week. You need some help.
