I wanted to like this book. Unfortunately, I found this to be impossible for several reasons. One, the art reproduction quality is very poor. I can’t tell what the art really looks like and that which I can make out, I don’t particularly like. Additionally, I don’t know if I’m just missing part of the mythology behind the power struggle that’s apparent in the book or if there just isn’t enough exposition to make the story make sense or to perk my interest. I wish I could tell you what this book is about but honestly, I don’t have any clue. There’s a big power struggle going on and there’s a big powerful thing or person called Savageheart. The writing is clunky and the narration of the fight scene reads like a poorly translated role playing game. I honestly think (hope) I’m missing some mythos involved in the power struggle. I honestly don’t know much to say about this book. Hopefully, they’ll have information up on their website about their comic some time soon.
