Welcome to the July Edition of The Collector Times!
Our cover this month comes directly from the interview subject himself, Dave Sim,
creator of Cerebus. Although the disc wasn't correctly burned and formatted with
the interview, and had to be resent, we thought the decorations were just too cool,
and had to share it with you.
This month our Canadian con parade continues. Jamie Coville went to the Toronto
Comics Arts Festival. We have a con report and
photos. It was there that Jamie got to talking with
Dave Sim, and later he agreed to an interview. I think
Dave Sim's issues with religion and women are legendary, and have been explored
at length elsewhere. Jamie asked different questions pertaining to his life, work
and art, and I think you'll find the results interesting.
Wally Flores, Jr. is finished with his advanced degree and is back again with
Graphic Content, where he explains what humor comics
kept him sane during grad school. Juan Navarro
returns to the art gallery this month with art from his new comic Vigil, located at:

I think you all will be impressed all over again with Juan's versatility and style.
We are glad to have Wally and Juan back aboard with us!
We have a lot of good things for you this month, so take some time and look around.
We are always glad that you are here!
