Hey Jason,
Hate to burst your bubble but the general public
was aware of Osborn's activities and how bad he was.
It was revealed on the front page of The Daily Bugle
in or around 2003 after Osborn killed a few Bugle
reporters. Once they gathered enough evidence to have
Osborn convicted and sent to prison they were even
able to get an injunction lifted, allowing Ben Urich
to publish a book about Osborn's criminal activities
that became a best seller. Which landed him TV
interviews and lots of publicity for good ol' Triple
J. When and where did this story occur? Well--
Bendis should have known about it since it was in the
first arc of The Pulse.
Sincerely,
Jess
