Our cover comes to us from artist Joe Singleton and it feature the meeting of The Legion of Superheroes and The Uncanny X Men. I'd buy that comic, wouldn't you?

Speaking of X Men. Jason Bourgeois gives us a convincing argument for reading the newest Wolverine comic. Not to be outdone, Wally Flores analyzes the Green Lantern's Lights Out storyline. Jamie Coville gives us a comprehensive review of New York Comic Con 2013 and I even give a pseudo con report of Oni-Con X in Galveston, Texas. I have all sorts of helpful little suggestions for the hotel, the con organizers and the guests. Jamie has some criticisms for New York Comic Con as well, so I am not alone. There's a whole lot more, take some time to take a look around. I'm sure you will be glad you did.
As I close, here's a photo of my grandson on his first Halloween, decked out as a Jedi knight.
