MICHAEL MYERS TO TERRORIZE AGAIN IN MARCH 2001!

Scottsdale, AZ - October 30, 2000 - Topping of the success of the first Halloween comic book, based on the successful horror franchise, Chaos! Comics will bring Michael Myer¹s furor back yet again in the Halloween II comic book. The first Halloween comic outsold all other comics nearly 3 to 1 in its release and was October¹s biggest selling comic for Chaos! Comics. It was by far one of the best sellers of the year. As a result, fans are craving for more twisted stories of the famed horror character - and Chaos! is delivering just that!

The popularity for the first Halloween comic solidifies that entertainment licensed comics are a unique niche that has yet to reach its full potential. Many fans who have enjoyed the Halloween films (and horror films in general) have purchased the comic by Chaos!, and have now become new readers to the market. Anytime you can recruit new readers is a plus for comic book retailers. That phenomenon didn¹t just effect comic retailers but also high-profile retail outlets like Hot Topic and Spencers where the comic was sold as well. As more and more licensed comics evolve from film to page, there looks to be an upswing in the industry because these types of comics are fresh, new, and considered great collector¹s items for avid horror/film enthusiasts.

The latest Halloween comic, Halloween II, will top and surpass its predecessor. Adding more thrills and suspense, Halloween II is not necessarily a sequel, but a completely new terrifying story that will deliver the horror that fans can expect.

Written by Bram Stoker award winning author Phil Nutman and Halloween screenwriter Daniel Farrands, Halloween II is an adventure in modern horror that will keep readers enthralled. This time around our hero Tommy Doyle (from Halloween #1) returns to face Michael Myers, but time is running out! Will he save Haddonfield in the nick of time as the body count rises? Fans will find out when Halloween II hits stores 3-07-01!

Halloween II is a full color, 32 page comic that retails for $2.99. It also comes in a haunting premium version, with Michael Myers pictured haunting a creepy pumpkin patch at night.

For more information on Halloween II, please visit the official Chaos! website at www.chaoscomics.com. For any other inquiries, please contact Chaos! Director of Marketing, Adam Goldfine at 480-991-9080 ext. 546.

ICP HITS THE ROAD AS ³BIZZAR BIZAAR¹ INVADES MUSIC STORES

Scottsdale, AZ - October 30, 2000 - Juggalos all over the nation are flocking to music stores for Insane Clown Posse¹s latest release ³Bizzar Bizaar.² It¹s a 3-disc set of all new clown lyrics that are sure to be raucous and in your face - the way ICP¹s fans like it! So ICP is hitting the road this winter on a nationwide tour to promote their newest album, which officially hit stores on Halloween day. As legions of ICP die-hard fans flock to see Detroit¹s own psychopathic clowns in person, expect shear pandemonium to prevail at a record store new you. A signing with the clowns is not just an event but a party of fans with clown painted faces - just like Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. There are always long lines of fans waiting to see the clowns, and they¹re not looking to just get one item signed! Many of them bring an arsenal of ICP merchandise that they own. One item that fans definitely are eager to get signed is the Insane Clown Posse: The Pendulum series of comic books, published by Chaos! Comics. The 12 issue set of Pendulum comics have been a hit among fans of ICP and for people who like non-traditional comic books with teeth. With the release of the latest issue, The Pendulum #8, that trend will continue into the year 2001 as the series reaches it¹s climatic finale by year end. Just as the latest album ³Bizzar Bizaar² gives fans more clown ranting, so do the comics. The comics haven¹t shied away from the persona that is ICP, and fans have come to embrace the books because of that raw appeal! ³Bizzar Bizaar² is available at a record store near you, and the Insane Clown Posse: The Pendulum #8 comic arrives in stores 3-14-01.
