Welcome to the 7th Anniversary Issue of The Collector Times!

Joe Singleton made us a great cover for our Anniversary issue, don't you think?

Wow, contributors come and go, and here we still are. And oh boy, what an issue we have for you!

To start with, we have an great interview with the legendary Keith Giffen. I assisted Jamie Coville in asking the questions, and Jamie did a bang up job. Of course, the interview subject is an easy interview, too, and that doesn't hurt. You'll like it, go read it. Speaking of funny, Rick Higginson gives us reasons why we really wouldn't want to be a wizard in Confessions of a Newbie. Chris Reid also returns with some Random Thoughts.

Sadly, this issue is going to be the last comic strip of Utter Confusion. It's been a 6+ year run, and we thank Daniel Fu for the opportunity to share his comic strip with the world. It should all remain in archive, and if you haven't read it, I suggest you get started now, because you'll be at it awhile! Daniel isn't really going anywhere, though, because he's given me a slew of new art for the art gallery.

We have some new folks coming aboard, too. We welcome DkPhoenix and Cadre to our art gallery. DkPhoenix has been an online friend for years, and we had the pleasure of meeting her on our first journey to ComicCon International. She was on her honeymoon, so now you know her dedication! Cadre is a very talented inker who we interviewed last month, and in his contribution this month, you can also see his penciling talents, as well as his inking talents. We are happy to welcome the new members of the CT family.

I want to thank you, too, our readers, for your continuing support through the years. We look forward to having you here for many more.
