Welcome to the October Edition of The Collector Times!
You folks were almost treated to a guest Editor and Webmaster this month. Hurricane Ike left us without power until 2 days prior to this edition being uploaded. A special thanks to guest editor AJ Reardon and webmaster Chris Reid for offering to step in and help. As it is, it might take us a couple of days to get everything online. We're running a tad behind this month.
You people have no idea how wonderful air conditioning and internet are until you are without them in the dark for 15 days.
Our cover this month comes from Jason Bourgeois. He followed up his San Diego jaunt with a trip to Dragon*Con.
He's got a con report, and photos, of which this is one.
Jamie Coville provides us with a great interview with comics legend Neal Adams.
In it, Neil talks about the process by which he assisted Siegel and Shuster to get credit for the creation
of Superman. It's a fascinating piece of comics history, and I think you'll like it. Joe Singleton celebrates
10 years of contributing to The Collector Times by reworking every Legion of Superheroes character he cares
about in Artistic License. That's an awful lot of reworking.
Plus there's a lot more. Give us a couple of days, and then spend more time with us. As always, we are glad that you are here!
